Overall the course was refreshing to me, it provided a sense of structure that I personally needed since I am about to embark on a new role that revolves around CX. I recently graduated from a Masters degree in digital marketing and I was familiar with many of the concepts presented. I found the last module to be extremely beneficial, it was the most exciting for me. I was also really interested in learning about CX measurements and I would love to enroll in any master class that focuses on the measurement tools, would have loved to see more examples too. It would have been great if there was a module specifically dedicated for CX in digital products.
