This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The CX Academy collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users of the website. This privacy policy applies to the site and all products, courses and services offered by The CX Academy.



There are two types of information that we obtain from users online, and then store and use:

  • non-personal identification information that’s collected automatically;
  • personal identification information that users voluntarily provide to us

We do not collect any personal information from users when they visit our sites unless they expressly and voluntarily participate in an activity that asks for it and they voluntarily provide it.



We may collect personal identification information from users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our site, subscribe to our courses, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our site. Users may visit our site anonymously.

We use this data for communication purposes and to provide our services to users. For the purposes of educational courses attended online, the data that is collected by The CX Academy is used to plan and manage the event for which they are registered, as well as to email relevant details about the courses. We also use the data to provide services requested, process requests and orders (such as a booking via invoice), to conduct customer satisfaction surveys to help improve our products, or to provide users with information on products, services and promotions (which users can opt out of at any time.)


We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with our site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.


Through our website, we may collect information about users’ computers, including your browser type and version and operating system information for system administration. All this information is purely statistical and does not identify any individual. If users do not want to allow access to the cookies on their system then they can set their browser to refuse cookies. However, doing so they will not be able to enjoy full use of this site. We may use ‘cookies’ which involve information being stored on the user’s computer browser. If a user decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the user would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or a user may contact us via our site.


Users’ Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our data processors. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect users’ Personal Data.


We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others.


To deliver our courses it is essential that we upload and store basic minimum personal data on restricted third-party Learning Management Systems.  These Learning Management Systems and services have their own privacy policies and customer service policies.  The third-party LMS company we currently use is Northpass who are an active participant in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our site, is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.


The CX Academy has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.


We do not store any specific credit card information.
