With regards to “did I enjoy it”? Yes, absolutely, although it took significantly more time and effort from me than I had first anticipated. But that’s great, and rightly so, it shouldn’t be simple. I specifically asked my boss for a course that would test me and add real value rather than a two day course where you just listen and then walk away. And that’s exactly what I got – informative and intense. And it was definitely great value for money and very well administered.
Did it help my career and the company I work for? Yes – we are going through significant change currently with the introduction of some new systems, new processes and ways of working, a move towards omni-channel and so much more. This training has given me the knowledge and confidence to present to the senior leadership, and help them and our team through the change that we are going through. Our marketing director (my manager) has worked in very customer-centric businesses previously and my support will mean he’s not shouting into the abyss on his own!
Professional to the nth degree, so informative and thoroughly enjoyable. When you get your Diploma you will know you’ve truly earned it!
