After having researched and taken some of the online courses available for the Customer Experience field, I am confident that the CX Academy’s Diploma in Customer Experience has provided me with the best foundation and the greatest value. The program draws examples from many global companies which gave me better exposure than what I might encounter here in North America. The course platform and content is professionally laid out which makes it easy to navigate. All concepts share the common thread of their “Customer Experience Framework” which allowed me as a student to become immersed in the discipline, and I find myself thinking in new ways as a result. The highlight for me was the assignments. Being able to use real-life work examples made them not only more meaningful, but I was able to use them to add immediate value in my role.
