Industry Advisory Council
The Industry Advisory Council validates the quality and relevance of our programmes and to help build a strong foundation of support and communication between industry and The Academy.
The IAC will also provide Certification to graduates of certain programmes.
Certification is the bedrock that gives graduates and employers the assurance that a professional has the knowledge, competencies and skills that they should know at any particular level in their educational journey.
The Industry Advisory Council (IAC) provides syllabus guidance, expert peer reviews and ensures that all CX Academy graduates have the necessary skills to grow and prosper in their careers.
The IAC is comprised of experts in customer experience and online learning from leading companies such as Google, IKEA, Virgin, Actavo and AXA Insurance.
