I invested into this course myself, because I wanted to expand my knowledge and skills in customer experience management. As a process management expert I find it important to understand the customers and their needs and thus also how I could support creating of more customer centric process solutions. The time flexibility of this course allowed me to finish it in the pace adjustable to my other duties. It’s very well structured, everything well explained and the assignments are challenging enough to make you think about the learned stuff in a real life context. I really enjoyed the course and it can only recommend it. It doesn’t matter, what position in the company you have, if you want to understand your customers better, this course is the right choice.
