I would like to use this opportunity to give the feedback on the course – I really liked it, it was clear and a great refresher for me as a former Customer Support Specialist. I’ve learned new things, but as well repeated what I’ve been working on during my ‘Support days’, so it was really nice completing it and learning from all of the people involved.
