This course really helped me to have a better understanding of how I should see things. For sure it will help me in my career as from the beginning of the year together with the CEO of the company I work for , we decided to start the ‘CX journey’ in our company. All the information I received was very useful and we have already started to apply some of the things I’ve learned. I searched a lot from the beginning of the year for training/courses that should help me, but the CX Academy one was the most complete, and ‘user friendly’ at the same time.
