I cannot express how much I really enjoyed the course. The CX Professional Certificate course journey confirmed that I am on the right path with my career journey. In my career as a legal practitioner I have always just naturally used my problem solving skills to help people, but I knew when I joined PEXA my ability to ‘walk in our Members shoes, to build trust, to listen and to show empathy, I could be so much more to so many people and work with our organisation to ensure the ‘success’ of our Members when they are using our platform. I am blessed to work for an organisation that puts the Member at the heart of everything we do. In my recently appointed role as CX Manager this course has further empowered me to move forward with confidence to keep preaching the ‘behaviours and skills’ to be continuously adopted by the entire organisation to deliver CX excellence.
